Evaluation strategy and embedding of evaluation practice
We believe that good, robust evaluation data is vital to good decision-making, continuous
learning and improvement. We therefore help our clients to develop organisational evaluation strategies which ensure that their data collection and review processes are
purposeful and designed to collect the information that they require.
Through a process of consultation, we work with clients to define their evaluation needs. We often employ an iterative process of developing the strategy, to ensure that key stakeholders (internal and external) have the opportunity to feed into, and review, the emerging evaluation strategy. We believe that this approach is essential to developing an evaluation strategy that is truly owned by, and useful to, the organisation.
We also help our clients to design the evaluation tools required, building on existing, internal processes and tools, where possible and develop the processes that help embed evidence and data collection processes into their continuous practice.
Some recent project examples of developing evaluation strategies include:
- Development of an Evaluation Strategy for National Theatre
- Developing an evaluation strategy for The Old Courts, Wigan
