Kalsang Yangchen

Kalsang is a Master’s student in Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Warwick and currently works as a Research Assistant at Santra Consulting.

In this role, she supports a range of qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation projects across the cultural and heritage sector. Her work includes contributing to Santra’s evaluation of the Royal Observatory Greenwich’s NLHF-funded First Light project, developing an evaluation framework and plan for FABRIC, and supporting the evaluation of the Early Career Fellowships in Cultural and Heritage Institutions pilot programme for the V&A and AHRC. She has also contributed to the evaluation of the Here & Now Performing Arts Showcase at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for Battersea Arts Centre, FABRIC and GIFT, as well as the Manchester Showcase at La Mercè Festival for XTRAX.


Alongside her work at Santra Consulting, Kalsang has experience in academic accounting
research, project coordination, and community engagement through her involvement in the
cultural and nonprofit sectors.
