Organisational impact frameworks and reports

We help our clients to demonstrate the impact of their work through impact assessments and reports. We have expertise in holistic assessments of impact, covering cultural and heritage impacts, as well as how they relate to social, economic and environmental change.

In line with best practice, our impact assessments are rooted in the development of a bespoke Theory of Change, that sets out the logical links between organisational resources,

the activities they deliver, and the change that happens as a result of these. We ensure that impact frameworks are aligned to key strategic agendas, organisationally and of wider stakeholders.

Building a strong case about their impact helps our clients to evidence the value they bring to existing funders and supporters, and start conversations with prospective funders to unlock new investment.

Some recent examples of our impact strand include:

Impact Framework and Report for Alexandra Palace and Park, in partnership with The Audience Agency

Theory of Change Development to inform funding application for Pitlochry Festival Theatre working in partnership with Alex Homfray Cultural Destinations

- Impact Framework and Report for Emergency Exit Arts
